I was impressed by the ability to get a semi in for a 3 axle alignment and new steers the next day. Many larger companies are a week or more out for scheduling for tge same service. Customer service was amazing as well. Very friendly greeting, knowledgeable, and quick to answer any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this company for fleet needs.

These guys are life savers!!! THEY SAVED OUR VACATION!! Can't say enough about how great they were. From the initial phone call to the tech that brought us 4 new tires on the side of M10 on a Sunday evening! Companies could take lessons from these guys on customer service! If it was possible to give them more than 5 stars, I would!

Headed to MIS and had a minor tire concern. Pulled in and got a new tire on and back on the road faster than a NASCAR pit stop. Everyone was friendly and the prices were extremely fair! Highly recommended!!

These guys really saved our day as we were just passing through Mt. Pleasant and our Detroit diesel decided to derate. They were quick, efficient, and a pleasure to interact with. They were able to diagnose our engine issue, source, and retrieve parts. They installed our sensors, cleared all codes, and had us on the road with enough time to refuel and make our appointment. Our engine has put on 1000+ miles since and found no issues with their work. Thanks for all your help keeping us rolling Alma!

Everyone I dealt with there was very professional, attentive, listened and welcoming… (Josh, Jeremy, and a young mechanic who worked on it trying to help also with something extra at the end I’m not sure of his name) When I originally called I was told it was thought to be an oil leak ( person driving it) or some other kind of leak…. I called 4 other places b4 calling here bc they were closer to my home..some shops said no thank you, others said 2 mos or 4 mos out . . I found them on line … It’s a plow truck so it is imperative to have it get repaired right away. These guys were so kind on the phone and said drop it off Sunday (this was late Fri afternoon) We’ll look at it Monday and call you and they did -called Monday and it was done the next day …it turned out to be a fuel leak. I’ll go back there for all the repairs for that diesel truck. It’s really nice to have a professional, honest place knowing I’m in good hands and they’re good for their word and provide quality repairs… Also, you can see they all work well together, as well… which is always a good /well run business….Thanks very much to all of you.

Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly staff. I use their services frequently, and they fix things in a very timely matter, and do it right the first time. A+ score from me. Truly what I consider a great find in my line of work. A trustworthy mechanics service, who knows I need my equipment on the right of way, not sitting in a shop waiting for someone to have the time to do my repairs.

Great exceptional service. My RV broke down on I-75 near Gaylord, Mi.. and after trying several other possible service centers which either did not work on RVs, were closed already, or would only schedule an appointment, ATS welcomed me in after business hours, diagnosed the problem and even were willing to work after closing to get my problem fixed. Parts were ordered, but not completely available until the next morning, so ATS worked some that evening and finished the job early the next morning when the needed parts arrived. It is refreshing to find a business that actually accommodates the customer and understands how emotionally rewarding it is to the customer to have someone who really wants to solve their problem above their own busy schedule hours. I wish I lived closer or that they were located in my area as they would definitely be my service center for my RV and autos.

Fantastic service and really nice employees. Went to get 4 new tires and they found an issue with a brake caliper. In a very short time I had my new tires and caliper was replaced. Don is always great to deal with and the entire staff was absolutely amazing!
